Average Number Of Children Born To Resident Ever-Married Female Aged 40-49 Years By Highest Qualification Attained, Annual

Ever-married females refer to females who have been married before and are currently married, widowed, or divorced/separated.

Number of Children Born refers to all the live-born children each resident woman aged 15 years and over has ever given birth to. It includes those children who are currently staying with her, those who have set up their own homes and those who are no longer living.

Data by highest qualification attained pertain to residents who are not attending educational institutions as full-time students. The data include those who are upgrading their qualifications through part-time courses while working.

Data on Highest Qualification Attained are based on the Singapore Standard Educational Classification.
