Notes 1. Article 270 of the Constitution, has been retrospectively amended with effect from 1st April, 1996. Under the provisions of the Constitution (80th Amendment) Act, 2000, prescribed share of States in the net proceeds of specified central taxes and duties is not to form part of the Consolidated Fund of India. 2. 'Others' under Direct Taxes includes taxes on professions, trades, employment and non-urban immovable properties etc.
