高雄市政府與社群團體合作，今起正式公開「高市煙囪排放即時監測資料」，民眾可隨時了解全高雄一一九根煙囪排放監控情況，若察覺異狀、隨時可向主管單位反應。環保局說明，此網頁是透過研考會居中牽線，由社群團體（江明宗先生）協助將環保局建置的煙囪監控系統與google作連結，設計成全民都能檢視的即時監測資料。研考會指出，這是繼市府預算視覺化方案後，高市第二項資訊公開網頁，期望透過公民參與方式，讓資訊更透明，有興趣民眾可至高市府官網首頁，點選高雄市煙囪排放即時監測，即可了解每支煙囪現況。
