• “Total Land Area” includes private developments on private and state land
• “Residential Land Area” includes private developments under Government Land Sales Programme. The projected ultimate figures may change.
• “Projected Ultimate” refers to the total ultimate residential dwelling units when the town is fully developed. It includes completed as well as planned public housing to be developed by HDB, and private developments (eg Condominiums and Executive Condominiums) to be developed under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme within HDB’s town development boundary.
• “Other Estates” comprises Bukit Timah, Central Area and Marine Parade.
• “Toa Payoh” includes Bidadari in FY13/14 and FY14/15.
