本事業では、大学が内部評価に基づいて全学的に産学連携活動の推進に必要な事項を把握することを目的とし、国内外の大学における先行事例調査および全4回の検討委員会を実施した。本報告書では内部評価の仕組みとしてバランススコアカード（BSC）に着目し、各大学がBSCを導入する際の一助となるよう、検討結果を取りまとめた。
