水素配管供給に伴うガス開通作業時に、配管内で水素と酸素を混合させず安全に置換作業を行える条件等を検討するために、各種要素配管や複合配管内における空気から窒素、窒素から水素へのガス置換挙動をガス可視化濃度分布計測により明らかにした。合わせて3次元CFD解析による管内ガス挙動のシミュレーション解析を行い、試験結果と比較し再現性を検証した。
