本事業は以下の2つの事項について調査研究を行った。 ①「消費生活用製品のリコールハンドブック2010」の改訂に向け企業調査等を行い、ハンドブックの改訂を実施した。 ②製品安全コミュニティの運営と効果的なリコール手法に関する検討ＷＧ、事故分析情報のあり方に関する検討ＷＧを組成し、それぞれのテーマについて検討を進めた。
