本調査では、質の高いインフラパートナーシップの一環として提示された「実証･テストマーケティング事業」を実施を念頭に、技術のスクリーニング基準等を策定・活用して我が国企業が有する先導的なインフラ技術・システムを抽出・整理した。 抽出したインフラ技術・システムの候補につき、途上国側のニーズを現地調査にて確認することを通じ、「実証･テストマーケティング事業」の実施に向けた課題と解決策を取りまとめた。
